ANNE MCCAFFREY'S GOLD DRAGON
Sometimes I get to write with Anne McCaffrey, known worldwide as the DragonLady of Pern. This gold dragon was a direct drawing from one of her Michael Whelan covers and is the property of the artist--but the painting the cover is derived from is Anne's property and the necklace is a one-off for her, so I hope Michael won't care. This dragon is sitting on a cab egg waiting to hatch a young dragon some would-be rider can impress. Pern and its contents are protected by copyright and trademark up the yin-yang. This is just a present for Anne based on her story, not a product for me to exploit.
