Patti wove Carlotta for me as a birthday present. She had different fringe on originally but I fell and the fringe broke, so I did this fringe, with white leaf beads and yellow seeds simulating calla lilies on the ends of the fringes. I also had to change the fringe on the earrings to match. Carlotta and her sister and brother Mexican cat patterns are based on the charming wood carvings of Mexican folk art. Flowers are a frequent motif and the poses are copied by several different artists.
