THE BUTTERFLY POTTER STORYTELLER NECKLACE
Patti Large' made this necklace from my pattern #6938 on Bead-Patterns,com and gave it to me for Christmas. I love what she did with the fringe, putting in the great Southwest colors and the little brown and gold matching butterflies at the fringe tips as well as the gold ones on the partially woven strap. I realized when I saw this that I had mistaken a red lined dark brown color for black when I read it from the Beadscape chart. For higher contrast between the lady's skin and the dress, it would be good to substitute black #310 or #10 for the color indicated on the pattern. But thanks to Patti's skill, this turned out gorgeous anyway. What a great Christmas!
